Hiya
I’m Ruby, an independent Graphic Designer & Illustrator, based out of Minnesota. I specialize in logo design, branding, and illustration, and offer design services to businesses of all kinds. I use creative solutions to help solve problems and create unique visual campaigns for each and every client.
I developed a unique design style that draws inspiration from vintage books & media, fine art, nature, myths, and fantasy. Whether assisting brands with new materials, updating current assets, capturing photos to use for future use, or helping design a custom felt book, I always do my best with a smile on my face.
I grew up in snowy Minnesota on 40 acres of a rural hobby farm with tons of access to the woods, books, and art supplies - but not so much access to Wi-Fi. I attended St. Cloud State University in 2013 graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design. I enjoy living in central Minnesota with my partner Eli, our pup Beans, and our two cats, Cheshire and Oliver.
In my spare time, I can take care of (too many) houseplants, listen to podcasts, paint, and explore the outdoors (when it’s not so cold out). A long-time passion of mine has been performing in local Theatre & Musical productions and more recently playing Dungeons and Dragons with my friends creating campaigns and writing our own stories together.
